1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods and personalised items, are non-refundable.

2. REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, essential oils).

  • Personalised or customised items.

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

3. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • If rejected, you will be informed of the reason, and the item may be returned to you.

4. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@greenbliss.uk.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
